Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Yes. The schedule fills up quickly, so book as soon as you are able to ensure availability. If it's short notice, you can call to see if there is a cancellation or opening. You can schedule your appointment by phone, in person or booking online.
What is your cancellation policy?
Providing outstanding service is the core of my business. Because salon services are reserved especially for you, I ask that you notify me 48 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty. Without 48 hour notice, you will be charged a $75.00 service fee before you can reschedule. I thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
Are children allowed in the salon?
Children are only welcome when they are scheduled for services. If not, I ask that you respect the other guests' peace and quiet by leaving your children home. This also allows you time for you to enjoy your salon service.
Do you accommodate late arrivals?
I pride myself on providing service to all of my clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the event that you are running more than 10 minutes you may need to cancel and reschedule . Unfortunately, you will be required to pay a $75 cancellation/ no show fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are all accepted. There is a 3.5% service fee for all credit card transactions.
Do you offer gift certifcates?
Absolutely! Salon services are the perfect gift. Please feel free to stop by the salon to purchase one.
